State Road 445 is a short connector route, just 1.4 miles (2.3 km) long, in eastern Greene County, just north of the small town of Cincinnati.
State Road 445 begins at State Road 54 with a flashing light, near the Greene County Inn (also a cafe). At the east end, it terminates at a 3-way stoplight where it meets State Road 45 near the Bloomfield State Bank branch.
The entire route is in Center Township, Greene County.
